Brenda is a Co-Founder of Hope in Life Ministry.  She began her journey of faith in 1971.  Since that time she has written and taught Bible studies, led women's ministries, conducted women's retreats, and served on church leadership teams.

 

In 1995, Brenda began her study to become a Biblical Prayer Counselor.  She studied with the Elijah House Ministries headquartered in Coeur d' Alene, Idaho and later was selected to intern with Desert Gardens Prayer Counseling Center where she became a founding counselor.  

During her 16 years working as a Biblical Prayer Counselor, Brenda has facilitated schools to train individuals and church leaders on how to use biblical principals in the local church.  She has taught at church conferences as well as conducted small group classes.  Brenda has worked with individuals, married couples, teens, church leaders, and professional business men and women to help them address the pain in their lives by receiving healing as well as developing new skills and tools to live  their lives with more joy and satisfaction.  In 2001, Brenda was invited to travel to Russia to train pastors and church leaders on Biblical Prayer Counseling.

 

Brenda is the oldest of 11 children and grew up in Southern California where she married her high school sweetheart.  They just celebrated their 42nd wedding anniversary with their two grown sons and four grandchildren.

Natalie Meyer

Natalie began her journey of faith in Christ in 1972 thru Bible Study Fellowship. She then became a group facilitator for BSF.

 

Natalie has since taught bible studies, led small groups and has participated in prophetic prayer teams. Natalie has been president of a Christian school parent association and president of Aglow International Country Club Lighthouse, Sacramento.

 

In 2000 Natalie began studies as a Biblical Prayer Counselor thru John and Paula Sanford’s Elijah House Biblical Counseling and completed advanced training at their Coeur D’Alene, Idaho headquarters.

 

In 2003 Natalie became a key part of the Desert Gardens Prayer Counseling team, led by Bridget Shank. Natalie has worked with teens, married couples, and men and women of all walks of life, with all types of issues.

 

Natalie has a passion for people, a passion to see their destiny in Christ realized. God uses His gift of Mercy in Natalie to offer people Hope in the healing and transformation process. She consistently serves the Lord as a conduit of His compassion and empathy to His body. She is most grateful for a biblically oriented, Christ centered and Holy Spirit empowered ministry that has lasting effects on people’s lives. She and her husband, Anthony, have 4 children, 2 grandchildren and live in Roseville, CA.
