It is not what happens to me, but how I respond that determines my future.  Nothing is too difficult for God.

Brenda is a Co-Founder of Hope in Life Ministry.  She began her journey of faith in 1971.  Since that time she has written and taught Bible studies, led women's ministries, conducted women's retreats, and served on church leadership teams.

In 1995, Brenda began her study to become a Biblical Prayer Counselor.  She studied with the Elijah House Ministries headquartered in Coeur d' Alene, Idaho and later was selected to intern with Desert Gardens Prayer Counseling Center where she became a founding counselor.

During her 16 years working as a Biblical Prayer Counselor, Brenda has facilitated schools to train individuals and church leaders on how to use biblical principals in the local church.  She has taught at church conferences as well as conducted small group classes.  Brenda has worked with individuals, married couples, teens, church leaders, and professional business men and women to help them address the pain in their lives by receiving healing as well as developing new skills and tools to live  their lives with more joy and satisfaction.  In 2001, Brenda was invited to travel to Russia to train pastors and church leaders on Biblical Prayer Counseling.
